Description:

In 1829 Captain James Stirling was travelling with a group of convicts and guards when he went to find more land around Australia. On the 31st of May the Parmelia Colony arrived on the coast of the Swan River Colony and on the 18th of June James Stirling claimed the foundation of the Swan River Colony.
James Stirling found Perth to find a place to claim for him, he ended up finding it and helped the place to establish free settlement for convicts and aboriginals to be free from trouble.
James Stirling administered Western Australia for a few years from 1829 to 1832 until he went on a trip back to England but than he extended the trip and was knighted
