23yo; On October 1, 1973, Burleson called his mother and told her that he was going to move back home to Live Oak, CA. He was last seen in San Francisco. He has not been seen or heard from again. Some sources state his date of disappearance was October 15, but still state that the phone call was October 1; if his date of disappearance was Oct. 15, then he was 23yo at the time, as his birthday is Oct. 9, 1950, while if it was Oct. 1 then he would be 22yo. Few details are available in his case.

Burleson's DNA and fingerprints are available, while it is unknown if his dental records are available. He has 32 UID exclusions on NamUs, 29 of which are from VA: the remaining three are one from IL and one from CA, both of which are no longer available on NamUs, as well as one currently unsolved one from CA.
