aug 12, 2021 - Discord added the rate limit

Description:

On this day a crucial change to the counting community was implemented by Discord, the message rate limit of 10 messages per 10 seconds was changed to 120 messages per 5 minutes.

Because of this new "feature", counters started using a new strategy to count faster: switching between 2 accounts. The first to use it in runs were Napoleon and Software Engineer to help restore Ziggy's count.
