Description:

The "clock feature" was added by tt, a developer of the bot, to combat botting and other methods of counting "not possible by a human".

After one hour of counting without a full 10 minute break, each number sent thereafter would have a 5% chance of being ignored by the bot.

This would also happen if too many numbers were sent in a short period of time, setting a limit of 6k numbers per hour.

A discord reaction of a clock was later implemented to demonstrate that the number was intentionally ignored, thus the name "clock feature" was coined.
