jan 10, 1907 - Tothek is Ousted From Power

Description:

Various anti-Tothek groups operated in Oipienta during his reign. Three of these groups, the Oipientian Women's Party, the Red Serpents (members from the banned Red Party), and the Yísulov Paramilitary Group, worked closely together to try and remove Tothek from power.

On January 5, 1907, the YPG snuck around his home at night to gain an idea of how it is mapped and where he would be when they were to attack. Five days later, on January 10th, the OWP orchestrated 5 protests and a few riots led by the Red Serpents around the city of Kueplios in order to distract the police and military. Once most of them were distracted, the YPG and some of the Red Serpents attacked the guards outside and then stormed Tothek's house. They seized him and forced him to abdicate.
