Edgar Lascombe gives a statement regarding the protests and violence in Wilmington the past weekend. In it, he condemns the violence, but points out that this kind of violence should be expected when you have unstable people with super powers that we don't know who they are or what they can do. Lascombe announces that he will be submitting a bill requiring the registration of all persons with super powers with the government. Until it is passed, he issues an Executive Order making any unauthorized use of inhuman abilities illegal. He also condemns the Avengers for their lack of action, and suggests that they are more loyal to radicals then to the government.
