Mary Jane Watson is born to Philip and Madeline Watson. MJ was born in Queens, New York.

Mary Jane would grow up next door to Peter Parker, where they would form an unbreakable bond for the rest of their lives. Mary Jane would also form a bond with the other members of their group: Harry Osborn, Gwen Stacy, Flash Thompson, and Eddie Brock. Mary Jane would grow distant from Peter during high school as she became popular while Peter remained a loner.

Mary Jane would be the first to discover Peter had powers and that he was Spider-Man after seeing him sneak in and out of his room in his costume at night. She would go on to support Peter through various means, such as repairing his suit, gathering information, or covering for him to perform his heroic acts.

Eventually, the two would get married with her name becoming Mary Jane Parker-Watson, and she would form her own clothing design company where she would also design, create, and repair suits for superheroes.

Mary Jane would go on to have two children, Richard and Mayday Parker.
