Ben Parker is killed on his way to pick up Peter who was wrestling for money. He is shot by Dennis Carradine, a small time criminal who had been working with Flint Baker, to rob local convenient stores to stores to payback their debt to crime lord Lonnie Lincoln a.k.a. Tombstone. Dennis would later be arrested that night and found guilty for the murder of Ben Parker with Baker being the primary witness.
