The General Assembly

Considering the grave Middle East situation and ongoing Security Council discussions,

Recalling resolutions and proposals from the fifth emergency special session,

Requests the Secretary-General to send the session records to the Security Council to expedite its review of the situation;

Decides to temporarily adjourn the fifth emergency special session and authorizes the President of the General Assembly to reconvene it as needed.
