InfinityZoom187 deployed the remaining antidote across Inostropia City and the Holy Mountainarian Empire. The results were immediate and decisive: the zombies were eradicated. However, a final group of zombies still remained in a large reservoir located in a valley. Infinity gathered Vorhees3709 and BVB got 1 for one last mission to end the outbreak completely. They moved into the valley and engaged the remaining infected. The fight was challenging but not overwhelming. After approximately ten minutes, BVB got 1 eliminated the very last zombie, officially bringing the zombie apocalypse to an end. With the threat gone, all emergency inventions created during the crisis, such as firearms, grenades, night vision goggles, bulletproof vests, gas masks, and medkits, were no longer needed and were gradually abandoned. Only the “Inostropia” loading screen branding remained as a reminder of the event.

The Backrooms laboratory was declared safe once again. Two days after the end of the apocalypse, InfinityZoom187 explained how the disaster had originally begun: "It was nor caused by human failure, nor by a failure of the company hio indus who created the nuclear reactor and set all things up. It was allone the 3rd Dimension who caused this. The virus was everywhere and the 3rd Dimension itself caused problems even if we didnt see it. The Virus came from this 3rd dimension to our world so this means it already had little contact with us. Our simple connection got out of balance and this at the end caused for the backrooms portal to open from both sides. This released much energy and when it became to much, the nuclear reactor core melted and it came to the severe explosion."
