Description:

The legal arguments concerning disclosure (discovery) continued for a few months and were eventually resolved by a Pre Trial Ruling (Judgment) on 6 March 2020 - The two audio tapes were disclosed to the Defendants on 20 February 2020.

Team Depp issued a Hearsay Notice listing the evidence they planned to rely upon without Court Testimony. This was either because witnesses were unwilling to provide testimony in person OR were deceased.

Note: Once the Trial was adjourned and rescheduled due to COVID an order allowing Remote Televisual Testimony was put in place.
