Having spent two years and all his money on every possible procedure to fix his hands, he hears of a possible solution in Tibet. Assuming it is an Eastern traditional medicine, he flies to Tibet and seeks out Kamar-Taj. While initially rejected, he is eventually allowed in by Sorcerer Supreme.
