Mr. Waldman: I've received your message.

First, my client is unaware of any recording and to my knowledge never consented to being recorded. So, as far as I'm concerned, any such recording, if indeed there is one of my client, would be in violation of Ca Penal Code 632.

Second, I have previously advised counsel for The Sun that she had the opportunity to make changes to her declaration and that the matters stated in her declaration were true and correct to the best of her knowledge.
