The Great Purge in Russia included mutants. While the Purge would largely end a year later, mutants were deemed too dangerous to be allowed to be free. Any mutatnt displaying abilities was put in a gulag or killed, while their children were placed in Party Homes, to be trained for the good of the Union.Added to timeline:
