feb 19, 1585 - Halãceisa Tulokírĩsa is Killed
Description:
On February 19, 1585, Halãceisa Tulokírĩsa's husband, Xerin Falkot, stabbed her 34 times and stabbed himself 5 times and hit himself with other items to try to make it look like an assassination attempt. Everyone believed it and then he was chosen as the regent of Hiera III.
The two were in bed together when he stabbed her. He later stabbed himself in his torso a few times, but did not stab too deeply. He tossed objects throughout the room to signify a struggle had occurred and he dripped some of her blood across the floor to make it look like his. He hit himself numerous times to look like he was in a fight. Lastly, he opened their window and shattered it from the outside so that glass would be scattered across the floor. He positioned himself holding his dead wife right before the royal guards entered the room. In a speech given to the High Council, he blamed Atobastics as the culprits of her death and swore to destroy them.
