Description:

Most of his life, Xerin was promised the throne as it was believed that Hiera II was infertile. However, near the end of his life, Hiera II had a child and that child became the new heir. Hiera III became the new Emperor of Javicia when his father passed and Xerin believed that Hiera III had stolen what was meant to be his. As the child was only 8 when he ascended to the throne, his mother was chosen as his regent. This infuriated Xerin and so after about 2 years, Xerin murdered Xerin was chosen as the boy's regent. As regent, Xerin kept Hiera away from basically most of the world, having him be sheltered in the castle and rarely going outside and meeting people. Xerin took control of basically everything and was essentially ruling in his own name.
