Realizing he had been basically living in labs for the last 40 years, he decided that he would enjoy life outside of science for his remaining years. He had left most of decision making to the governmental authorities that had been created since his arrival. His focus was always on turning the mist into a viable energy source.What he sees will change the rest of his short life, and start a cascade of policy changes that give us the City as we will come to know it in our future present day. duhn duhn duhn!
