A new server rule got introduced to prevent annother time something like Kamatović will happen. The rule was that nobody was able to found a new state in the world until 1st January 2025 which made the states at that time, Inostropia, Mountainaria, Malavia, Sirengrad and Finisia the fixed states of the Inostropian Federation.
