Description:

A new server rule was introduced to prevent situations like the Kamatović crisis from occurring again. According to this rule, no new states could be founded in the world until January 1st, 2025. This effectively froze the political map of the Inostropian Federation. As a result, the existing states at that time, Inostropia, Mountainaria, Malavia, Sirengrad, and Finisia, were confirmed as the fixed member states of the Federation until the rule expired.
