A call was place at 1:05 and ended at 2:08 due to the wait time and my phone being hacked or disturbed. Another call was placed at 2:08 and was received after about 30 min wait time. The call resulted in having to be informed that applications for a representative weren't filed separated from what I was informed by the organization handling my claim.
