With the list of demands being outlined by the Trislandic Kaiser, and the "horror" brought upon Porto, Chris Ramval Drake I would declare independence, founding the new state pf Imperio Del Dragón. His declaration would be quickly followed by the re-declaration of Freiheit-Arisante by Carlo I. Al-Khilafah Almajara, a shadow of the former Caliphate, now composing the entirety of the NUSA, would also declare itself independent.

However, the Trislandic Demands of wood and of the criminals responsible for the Burning of Porto Mare would be ignored, and a timelione would be given; the wood would be delivered in two days, or there would be war.
