At some point on this date Laura Divenere issued the following the statement which is in response to the Hollywood Reporter article.
I’ve had noting but a positive relationship with both Johnny and Amber. Since the time I was first approached to submit a declaration I have come to understand that all attorneys seek information similarly. I signed the declaration knowing that it was 100% truthful to the best of my knowledge.

This episode mentioned happened no more than a week after the signing. I was an emotional wreck when asked by Amber to stop by to discuss the declaration. During this meeting I expressed honestly how apologetic my declaration hurt her. I do not recall ever seeing her with a black eye, and do remember telling her so. I was never aware of a recording taking place.
This situation has really taken a toll on me, emotionally, physically and financially. I have given all the information I have to give. If compelled to give testimony I will do so truthfully and will acknowledge that i was not coerced into signing the declaration.
