Description:
On 6 November 2019 Brown Rudnick confirmed that the Claimant's computer had now been imaged (nearly two months after exchange of disclosure by lists was due to take place). Brown Rudnick also advised that the documents found to be disclosable as a result of this exercise would be disclosed as soon as possible.The legal arguments concerning disclosure (discovery) continued for a few months and were eventually resolved by a Pre Trial Ruling (Judgment) on 6 March 2020.
