The new lcsp party in inostropia wanted to change something. OhioGlobus5404 decided to rewrite the inostropian constitution which took him a few days. After he was done he presented it to infinity and infinity agreed to the new constitution but wanted to make it as an addition to the old one. So it happened. One day after he finished the whole constitution, it became valid for the federation
