De Kokkies wanted his newly established country to have a national anthem of its own. While searching for a suitable piece, he discovered the Dutch patriotic song “Merck toch hoe sterck.” He presented the idea to InfinityZoom187, who listened to the song and was greatly impressed by it. After hearing it, Infinity immediately approved the proposal, and “Merck toch hoe sterck” became the national anthem of the new state.Added to timeline:
