Description:

Upon becoming independent in 1981, Nevis (previously the site of the illegal US experimentation) appeared an eligible target for communist interference. Soviet meddling was ultimately unsuccessful though, and an attempted coup was thwarted by Browne and a previously unknown faction.

When the dust settled Jamie Browne was declared Prime Minister of Nevis. The US had supported Browne's presidency under the assumption the inexperienced Browne would not be able to manage the 'troublesome state' on his own, and would be forced to rely on further US aid. They were wrong.

The truth of Browne's actions and nature would be revealed gradually over the decades as he reshuffled the government of Nevis replacing most of the key power structure and military with himself. By 2020 it was believed that 10% of Nevis' population (approximately 6,000) were Clones of Browne.
