Description:

For the first time in the world's history, spawn would be moved. It's new location would sit at true 0,0. This location would allow new players to have a more open introduction to the server, permitting them to do as they please upon joining. Furthermore, the council of rules would finally succeed in producing a simplified and amended ruleset for the server.
