A key initiative was proposed by OhioGlobus5404 during the same week the empire was founded. While InfinityZoom187 was on vacation in Poland, discussions took place regarding the reunification of Mountainaria, with BVB got 1 and Ohio serving as co-leaders in the proposal. Infinity also supported the idea and introduced the concept of the “Holy Mountainarian Empire,” in which Northern and Southern Mountainaria would become provinces of a reunified state. However, one issue remained: Infinity did not want the title of “emperor” to exist in any country outside Inostropia. As a solution, the rulers were designated as tsars instead. On March 29th, 2023, preparations for the transition were completed. Both Mountainarian republics were expanded and terraformed, several older structures were removed, and a new parliament building was constructed. In the evening of that Friday, a ceremonial event took place. InfinityZoom187 acted as cameraman, OhioGlobus5404 and BVB got 1 were presented as the new tsars, Vorhees3709 attended as a visitor, and Washieramoebia7 performed the coronation. The church was heavily decorated, and the new Holy Mountainarian flag was displayed throughout the venue. BVB and Ohio entered the ceremony, and Washier officially crowned them co-tsars of the Holy Mountainarian Empire. Within a minute, the empire was formally established.
