5h 4min, nov 6, 2023 y - SOURCE OF INFECTION ED physician's documentation: "recently admitted for treatment of cellulitis and c/f necrotizing fasciitis for 3 weeks with IV antibiotics, returning today d/t bilateral leg pain, increased redness of the legs bilaterally and weeping, increased shortness of breath and epigastric pain and difficulty swallowing solids… Chest x-ray with right lower extremity consolidation. We will treat with vancomycin and ceftriaxone to cover both pneumonia and cellulitis.”
