Description:
Méthode facile pour apprendre à jouer du violon avec un abrégé des principes de la Musique.
The neck of the violin to be placed between the thumb and the adjoining finger. The fingerboard should be grasped loosely to avoid stiffening the fingers and the wrist. To hold the violin securely, the tail-piece is placed against the neck just under the left cheek. The elbow should be held directly under the violin. The fingers are to be curved so that the tips, not the nails, are placed on the strings. The left wrist is to be bent.
