and couldn't believe her luck when the A-lister asked her out. "Johnny's past his prime, but he has stardom to offer her," an insider says. "Word is, she wants to break into acting and is telling friends that he's going to set up some meetings for her in Hollywood. It's a life beyond her wildest dreams."

Still, pals think that saying "I do" will only set Johnny back. "His head is in the clouds. If they marry, it could implode around him," frets a friend "He could wind up drinking again, trying to keep up with her, and it could cost him dearly."
