Reconaissance
Description:
Julius Caesar sends a small army to Albion in retaliation for their aid of the Gauls, gaining a foothold in Kent and taking Briton hostages, but has to pull his troops back due to lack of manpower after his troops are overpowered by Brittonic cavalry. A year later he sends a larger army with which he coerces tribute from the native tribes and establishes clients within Britain. From here Britain and Rome have a good trade relationship.
