After getting psychologically beaten by Penn and Teller, Jason Q. Rand, after getting help from the forces of Illogic, gets imbued/possessed by all the forces of Chaos, Stupidity, Peta, the Tea Party, the Creationists, and other Retards, he and Meteo fight to a standstill, and Dr. Rand dies, but Meteo is left dying, however his boozy, trippy mutations and artificially enhanced body enable the development of a Rassilon Imprimateur, and he regenerates to a black-haired spicy zany latino looking guy, and with a smile on his face, gets back to his Tardis and leaves, going on nomadic adventures, although this COULD be said to be one of his Deathes.
