aug 10, 6147 - The last dragon was Slayed

General Felix Dodaryan Began the hunt for the last dragon on the continent. there had been reports of a Crystal dragons flying about the Mountain top near the mountain pass. He set his sights on killing it. Many of the dragons had been scared off by the massive destruction of magical beings, but this one just couldn't catch a hint. He commissioned The creation of a blade that could fell a dragon before calling together 20 men and marching to the mountain top. they had long ago realized that the desert was impassable, some sort of spell making it seem like endless desert lie before you.

His men launched Netting large enough for an ancient red dragon, let alone this small one. He watched as the men pulled down the snared dragon. He knew that the dragon must be speaking, but he couldn't understand It. He waited until it was held tight to the mountain top. It's bone would glisten in the light once it finished decomposing in a few hundred years. He would always be proud of himself, he bested the final dragon, with a Dragon Killer no less.

The blade did its job, slicing through its neck in one fell swoop. it's last shriek of pain less than a second. I stab the brain through, lifting the full head on my blade and carried it like that down the mountain as proof of the deed being done.
