Description:

The original wizards guild, The Vanguardian Wizards, was headed by the then mage Petrix Vanguard. He spent years in his craft and helped better his fellow wizards in any way. When the war with the elves started, before the Shafire took control of the continent, The Mage began building his Magic wand to help defend against the invaders. He defeated hordes of enemies but it wasn't enough. Soon enough the wizard joined the surrendering allies, submitting to the rule of the elves. As part of the peace agreement, he stepped down from Mage. His wand was framed in their scholar building as to inspire the next wave of wizards. It hung there for hundreds of years, until the peace treaty was violated by Jimmith the Third. His wand was in the rubble of the largest library on the continent, the library of the Vanguards.
