A growing tension between socialist Belgium, liberal Holland, nationalist Luxembourg leads to a declaration of war amongst all 3, including all of the allies of each.

Belgium: USSR (militarily), China (financially)
Netherlands: USA (financially), UK (militarily & financially), France (militarily & financially)
Luxembourg: Switzerland (militarily)

Before the battle started, Cuba was ordered to bomb ships around Florida as a distraction. This caused the US to withdrawl its troops before the declaration of war was even finalized.

The troops that the USSR sent were newer to the army and very underprepared.

After 21 hours of fighting, Luxembourg emerged victorious, annexing all of the Benelux land.
