THE ACTOR IS CURRENTLY in Belgrade, Serbia to film his newest movie Minamata and appears to be using this time away from home to enjoy anew romance out of the spotlight. On Jan. 28, Johnny Depp was snapped locking lips with a possible new girlfriend.

Just weeks earlier, the young woman accompanied Depp on his private plane in Nice, France, before touching down in the Serbian capital.

He and the mystery woman are reported to be staying at the Metropol Palace in a private penthouse.

Experiencing the full VIP treatment, Depp and his companion are said to have hired a fleet of security guards and imposed a strict rule that hotel staff are banned from making any contact. That includes the couple's personal chef and housekeeper.

Forthe Pirates of the Caribbean alum, it could signal a fresh start after a difficult couple of years. In May 2018, Depp was reportedly "smoking and drinking all day on set" while filming a movie, before allegedly assaulting a colleague.

In 2016, Depp's former business managers laid bare the Hollywood star's extravagant spending in a lawsuit, detailing monthly outgoings of $2.66 million. In the same year, his wife Amber Heard filed for divorce, citing domestic abuse and applying fora restraining order.
Depp denied the claims, telling EW, "The fact remains I was falsely accused, which is why I'm suing The Sun newspaper for defamation for repeating false accusations."
