Johnny Depp Claims Ex Amber Staged Beating – With Help From Sister!

In his $50 million defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife, actor Johnny Depp claimed Amber Heard staged a beating to make him look like a monster – with the help of her sister.

The bitter exes allegedly got into a physical encounter in May 2016 that led to the end of their marriage. Amber claimed Johnny physically assaulted her and left her bruised. Now, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned the Edward Scissorhands actor alleged the beatdown was a set up that Amber's sister Whitney Heard helped orchestrate – and he claims he has a witness to prove it.

In the explosive court documents, Johnny claimed a concierge employee, who worked at the same penthouse where he was accused of striking Amber in the face, testified against the actress.

The employee named Trinity Esparza allegedly watched surveillance footage from May 24, 2016 showing Whitney pretending to punch Amber. This footage was allegedly filmed three days after Johnny was accused of the violent act.

"In the surveillance video, Ms. Esparza testified under oath that she saw Whitney Heard pretend to punch her sister in the face. Then Ms. Heard, Ms. Pennington, and Whitney Heard all laughed," the shocking court documents explained.

Esparza also testified that she thought Amber, her sister and friend acted "wrong" and it made her "question more how Ms. Heard ended up with a 'mark' on her face three days later," the documents stated.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Johnny has since called Amber insane for alleging abuse. He previously accused the actress of play-acting the beating.

Also in the court filing, the 55-year-old actor claimed Amber sliced his finger after she launched a vodka bottle at him.

Johnny is seeking $50 million in damages against his ex for defamation.
