It was first made by Kiegon and, he showed jake it, Jake began research and, formulated a model. It was made by slamming the eraser part of the mechical pencil so hard the cap flew off. This would scare the enemy off especially viscos. However you only had one ammo , limit range , and it jammed very often. This was never seen in any combat.Added to timeline:
