Description:
An Old Testament prophet who upon being told by the Lord to deliver a message to Ninevah, instead rebelled. While trying to escape on a boat, a storm commenced, whereupon he threw himself into the sea. Being swallowed by a large fish, he repented and was spit out on the shore. He fulfilled his mission and the city, which was evil int eh Lord's sight, repented and was spared.Added to timeline:
