The occasion was a huge number of palastine flags in eternals house and other things like a kidnaped dog and fire on the roof. These things were done as a revange by ohio because eternal terrorized him often too. And also the normal population suffered from this trolls. The consul InfinityZoom187 intervented in the situation. Because Ohio has been threaten with a war against malavia and wanted the federation itself to stay away from this. But this is against the federal threaty and would be a big issue for Infinity too. So he conveyed. Eternal and ohio talking with infinity, and ohio and eternal talking together relaxed the situation. Eternal promised to stop the big trolls to the normal population and between ohio and eternal there was peace again.
