Description:
This act limited some of the few things that weren't taxed. Now everything that had paper was taxed. Even just documents were taxed. Playing cards, sheet paper, documents, all of that was taxed under the British rule. There were outcries all across the colonies. Most of these products were boycotted and not being bought.
