mar 24, 1765 - The Quartering Act was Passed

Description:

This act was one of the most cruel acts to put on a family at this time. It forced a household to house and feed soldiers for however long the soldier wants. This kicked the people out of their own homes, and made them take care of the soldiers. Many colonists rebelled to this act, and the whole colony of New York refused to take part in it.
