Description:

Parisians marched on the Bastille, Guards got scared killing 98, so the crowd stormed the fortress killing some guards and seizing weapons. They released all 7 prisoners.
Results: Saved the National Assembly and revoltuion
Causes: People of France thought(They were right) the monarchy was secretly planning to undermine the national assembly because royal troops were increasing in the area. They thought Louis was gonna overthrow the revolution
