This project, titled Dank Rares (or Dank Directory) was started by a Rare Pepe artist by the name of Boost.

The Dank Directory adopted a similar submission and curation process as Rare Pepe and Fake Rares, but used a central currency called DANKMEMECASH to be burned for each submission.

The KEKLUMINATI card mentioned here is the first card in the entire directory and holds great significance to the project and its internal rules.
