jun 15, 2014 - SEBUH
Description:
Even though SEBUH was minted 2 days before on June 13, 2014, the updating of the description with { ";image";: ";http://sebuh.com/images"; } was the first instance of a token including an image reference with a Counterparty Asset.
The token itself could be considered one of the first 'NFTs'.
The description has been changed since and now links to 'sebuh.com'. At the time Sebuh used this locked, non-divisible asset and sold them for 0.144 BTC in which you could redeem the SEBUH tokens for a RBox Rockminer through his website.
Years later in 2022 he stated, 'A collector messaged me on Facebook. He was after some really old Bitcoin miners. We traded a few miners with them for SEBUH tokens. So I shipped a Prospero X1, Ice fury, Redfury, and Technobit NF1, to Equador. It's now part of a museum.'
This token is also considered one of the earliest tokens to include a physical item related to a Counterparty Asset. Learn more about Sebuh and his story in the links below.
