Clovis I becomes the first King of the United Franks in what would later become the Kingdom of France.His people had formerly been "Feudoerati" allies in service of Rome who fought for her in exchange for trade, security and land. After Roman collapse they became a dominant force in the North of Gaul and heralded its transition to being "France".
