Description:

The National Constituent Assembly started gathering their ideas on how to make sure the rights of the people were guaranteed and how to protect these rights from being abused or taken away. This assembly of people made a committee to write this bill out for the law much like the new rights of America. When the document was passed it became the basis of the French Revolution.
