305 poems that show the lives of different types of people. Some poems show men and women choosing each other and having sex outside of marriage. Others show arranged marriages. One poem shows how young boys and girls are welcomed into an aristocratic family. Boys were laced on a bed and given expensive robes and a jade scepter and girls were placed on the floor and given a weaving loom.
