jun 3, 1946 - Morgan v. Virginia
Description:
In this U.S Supreme Court Case, the supreme court rules that segregation on interstate bus travel is unconstitutional.
This was huge since buses were always segregated and you hear about what would happen if you didn't follow this rule just like Rosa Parks did and also Morgan was also a victim of this by refusing to sit in the back.
Was decided on June 3rd.
