No one is exactly certain when the legendary tower appeared in Drakkenheim, but this marks the date most citizens note its presence.

Some loremasters state the tower just appeared a few days after the Edicts of Lumen was signed. Some say it was at the end of the Mage Wars. Regardless, loremasters use this date as a general marker, although how the tower got to its position without major construction and who put it there remains a mystery.
